Here is a fun and clever trick that you need for making a perfectly round egg to fit into your English muffin, and it’s a tasty one, because it involves salami! Think eggs in a hole, but BETTER.⁣

To make, stack 8 slices of salami. Use a cookie cutter to cut out a hole, but save the center piece! Add non-stick spray to a pan over medium heat. Add the salami ring. Gently pour in one egg. Add a sprinkle of cheese, if desired. Once egg is set/cooked to your liking, add the salami center, then gently flip to the other side to cook for a few minutes more. Transfer to a toasted English muffin and enjoy.⁣
