COPYCAT EREWHON MACA BOMB SMOOTHIE, per your requests 💁🏻‍♀️! Follow @kalejunkie for more! Every time I go to LA and spend my entire savings ($16) on this smoothie (IT’S GOOD—REAL GOOD), I’m asked to recreate it, so I finally did, and WOW. Save your $$ and make this instead, for about $3. This makes a LARGE size smoothie (like Erewhon), so you’ll have enough to share/split if you’d like.⁣

Here’s how:⁣
1 frozen banana⁣
3 dates, pitted⁣
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower (this is *not in the Erewhon smoothie, but hey, I like excuses to sneak in veggies that I can’t taste)⁣
1 tb hemp seeds⁣
2 heaping tablespoons cacao nibs (very important!)⁣
2 teaspoons Maca powder (also very important)⁣
1 scoop vanilla protein powder⁣
1 tablespoon almond butter (not pictured bc I forgot to add it while making the video and I wasn’t gonna redo it)⁣
3/4 cup almond milk⁣

Blend until nice and CREAMY and thick. You might need to scrape down the sides of your blender a few times and/or add some more liquid to get the right consistency. Drink up and enjoy!⁣
