2-INGREDIENT PECAN MILK @kalejunkie // A few weeks ago, I shared a strawberry-cashew version, today we are making it even more basic! To make your own pecan milk in seconds, simply add 2 tablespoons of pecan butter and 4 cups water. Blend for 30 seconds. ⁣

The consistency? It’s thin, like most store bought nut milks. Prefer a thicker consistency? Use less water (2-3 cups). ⁣
⁣
The taste? It’s not sweet — it’s plain! Prefer a little more flavor? Add some vanilla extract and some maple syrup or sweetener of choice. ⁣
⁣
Don’t like pecans? Use any nut butter or seed butter. ⁣
⁣
You just have to play around with it and find what you like!⁣
⁣
Keeps in fridge for 3-4 days, covered. I use this in my daily smoothies and skip the store bought nut milks. ⁣
⁣
