NEW today on the blog, SWEET, SPICY, & TANGY CAULIFLOWER, inspired by my favorite Kung Pao Chicken recipe, but make it cauliflower and add a KJ twist 💁🏻‍♀️. I am currently in the phase of life where I am craving delish veggies A LOT, so if you are too, this is a recipe that you do not want to miss! You can serve it with a side of rice, your favorite protein, or eat it straight from the bowl. 

Pro tip: double the recipe so you have enough to enjoy all week long. I found that it gets even better on day 2 and 3 because the flavors REALLY sink in!
