We want to thank the local LGBTQ+ and community media who have honored Ms. Major Griffin-Gracy in these past few days — your voices matter and your coverage keeps our history alive. 🕊️💜

But Pittsburgh’s larger media outlets and elected leadership still haven’t spoken. Not a word from our city, county, or state acknowledging the loss of one of our greatest elders — a woman whose work and legacy made our movements possible.
