🏳️‍⚧️Meet Our Executive Liaison: Tamar Tipton (they/them) 🏳️‍⚧️

We are beyond excited to officially welcome Tamar Tipton to the Sisters PGH team! For the past three months, Tamar has been serving as the Executive Liaison—the right hand to our Executive Director. In this role, they support operations and administration, keeping our work grounded, organized, and growing strong. Their presence has already made an incredible difference, and we are so grateful for the brilliance and care they bring to our team every day. 💛

Tamar (they/them) is a Black non-binary professional committed to using their years of administrative experience to serve the trans community.

Tamar holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music with 6 years of administrative experience from academic, corporate and non-profit environments.

From their own experiences in conjunction with their time studying Mandarin and Spanish abroad, Tamar has developed a deep passion for equity, inclusion and access and is excited to utilize trauma informed care in their role as the Executive Liaison to grow into their leadership with effectiveness and compassion.

In their own time, Tamar is a speculative fiction writer and a mosaic artist.
