I pretty much buy the same things each week and stick to protein (duh #proteingirlie chicken, bison) fruits (in season) & veggies (carrots, broccoli, cabbage, avocado, sweet potato) & staples like eggs and raw milk.

Then I spotted my favorite all-in-one nutrition shake kachava which is now at Sprouts, so epic! 
I was so excited that I went home right away to make one.
As you can tell I get my nutrition from whole food sources and Ka’Chava is no exception. Superfoods, protein, veggies, fruits, adaptogens, probiotics, prebiotics, only the good stuff!

I highly recommend!
Go get yours before I buy all of them off the shelves…
