how it started…how it’s going! #veteransday 🇺🇸

i served in the army for 8 years. i spent ~2 years in afghanistan. being at war broke me mentally!  
🇺🇸 
it took years for me to heal. i lost friends to suicide who weren’t able to find the help they needed to really come back home.  
🇺🇸 
to honor their memories + my own healing journey, i helped build a custom search engine Google for military vets to find mental health resources!!!!
🇺🇸 
can’t change what’s happened, but i'm honored to help  others move forward 🙏🏾 happy veterans day!
