Crazy how one habit can flip everything 💯

So you’ve probably caught on over the past six months I’ve gotten super into running…

And I used to be someone that the thought of that sounded absolutely awful lol

But I’ve actually learned to enjoy and to embrace doing something really difficult first thing in the morning

It somehow makes everything else seem just a little bit easier throughout my day

Also, it’s just an amazing mental break from doing all the creative work in the stresses that come from that

I highly recommend anyone to find something that gives them that escape as well 🎯
