What Collective Care Really Means:

Collective care reminds us that well-being is something we build together.

It asks us to unlearn the idea that care is individual — and instead, root ourselves in trust, accountability, rest, and community.

It means:
🌿 Divesting from perfectionism, fear, and individualism — habits shaped by white supremacy culture.
🌿 Listening deeply to each other’s stories, especially those too often silenced.
🌿 Practicing honesty, repair, and rest — because care without boundaries isn’t sustainable.

When we choose connection over competition, vulnerability over perfection, and healing over hustle, we create the kind of world we all deserve.
