🧘 Nov 10 – De-Escalation Workshop with Malikah: Learn situational awareness, verbal de-escalation, and how relationships can be a tool for safety.
🧠 Nov 11 – Bystander Intervention Training: Gain tools to take action, support others, and interrupt harm.
🥋 Nov 12 – Self-Defense 101 with Malikah: Build confidence and learn practical self-defense skills to protect yourself and your community.
