“In March of 2020, I broke both of my legs, and when I got out of the wheelchair, they found out I had osteoporosis.

“This is about my fourth year into CrossFit, and because of that, my bone density has gone up by 18% since I started.

“I can walk. I can carry my kids. I’m strong, you know? The recovery has been amazing.”
