🚨 ARREST MADE 🚨

Earlier this week, SCV Sheriff’s Station detectives from the Burglary Team, arrested a suspect in connection with a grand theft investigation involving stolen construction materials valued at over $28,000.

On October 20th, 2025, deputies responded to a construction site near Commerce Center Drive and Middleton Street in Valencia after several air conditioning units were reported stolen. 

Thanks to GPS tracking devices placed on the equipment, detectives traced the stolen property to a residence in San Bernardino County.

With the assistance of the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, detectives executed a search warrant and recovered the stolen items. 

The suspect, who has prior theft-related convictions, was arrested for Theft with Priors and Possession of Stolen Property.

This arrest highlights the collaboration between our station’s Burglary Team and partner agencies to hold repeat offenders accountable and return stolen property to victims.
