Welcome to “The Morning Garden”, our room for the 2025 Kips Bay Decorator Show House in Dallas!

This space represents so much heart, collaboration, and creativity. It was conceived as an ode to the beauty of nature and the quiet serenity of early morning light with a nod to the iconic Bunny Mellon. My goal was to create an elegant, timeless room that feels warm, welcoming, and like the kind of space you’d want to linger in for hours. “The Morning Garden” celebrates beauty, craftsmanship, and storytelling through design. The room’s abundant natural light felt illuminates every detail making the space truly come alive.

As with every showhouse I’ve done over the years, this was such a labor of love, and I am endlessly grateful to my team, our generous sponsors and talented vendors who helped bring this vision to life. A special thank you to our wonderful contractor, Green Park, LLC and our talented florist, kallistoevents.

There is so much more to share — from the story behind the hand-painted wallpaper to the thoughtful layers of pattern, color, and texture that make this room sing. Stay tuned for more images and videos as we explore every detail.
