Every day this week, TanenbaumCHAT has been engaging our students in meaningful conversations as part of Holocaust Education Week. Today, we were honoured to welcome Anita Eckhaus, grandmother of Spencer ’25 and Dylan ’29, who shared the miraculous story of her parents’ survival as part of Schindler’s list. You could hear a pin drop in the room as students listened, deeply moved by her testimony.
