2 cups Nature Fresh Farms Hiiros™ red cherry tomatoes
1 cup Nature Fresh Farms Dramas™ red cherry tomatoes
1 small onion diced
2 garlic cloves minced
2 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil for garnish

Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until soft. Add tomatoes and cook until blistered. Pour in broth, simmer 10 minutes, then blend until smooth. Season to taste, pour into shooter glasses, garnish with basil, and serve warm. For make-ahead, refrigerate and reheat gently before serving.
