While taking questions in the Oval Office, President Trump was asked what he thought about former Speaker Nancy Pelosi's announcement that she would not seek reelection.

"I think she's an evil woman. I'm glad she's retiring," said Trump. "I think she did the country a great service by retiring."

"I thought she was an evil woman who did a poor job, who cost the country a lot in damages and in reputation," he said. "I thought she was terrible."
