pov: slow feet don’t eat

Def earned a Jimmy bar after this one 😅

Dance has provided some of the hardest and most fun footwork drills. There’s way more variety to challenge the brain with including different feet and hand movements & all to different counts of the music. It’s requires more memorization, pace changes, balance and coordination than most standard athletic footwork drills in my opinion. Plus it’s so much fun!

Have you ever tried a dance class before? If so, what did you think?

Thanks stilodanceco for an amazing opportunity to learn from and dance with you all 🫶🏼
