Made this for the first time it was gone in a minute! It got the perfect texture and flavor, with enoki mushrooms and seaweed wrapped around a layer of shrimp paste, then encasing the soft, pudding like egg tofu inside. 🤤 I seared the outside with pompeian olive oil and it gets perfectly golden and crispy. It also smells amazing, and honestly, the evoo I always reach for when cooking. #pompeianpartner
