New surveillance video shows Ashlee Buzzard and her 9-year-old daughter, Melodee, before they left for a road trip.

Melodee was last seen on the Utah-Colorado border last month, while her mother returned without her daughter. Ashlee, who police say changed her wig and rental car licence during the road trip, is not cooperating.
