🤩 The Plaza Hotel in New York City!
Recently I had the privilege of spending time with the team at the iconic Plaza Hotel in New York City — a place that’s more than a landmark, it’s a living piece of history. 

From the moment you walk through its doors, you feel the weight of excellence that’s been refined over more than a century.

I met staff who’ve been there for over 35 years — people whose pride in their work is as much a part of the Plaza as the marble floors and the chandeliers. Their attention to detail is remarkable, yet it never feels forced. There’s an effortless grace to how they operate — a kind of high-pace culture where things just happen seamlessly, because they’ve made mastery look natural.

The building itself is stunning — that unmistakable mix of classic grandeur and warmth. From the Palm Court, with its beautiful skylight and the famous afternoon tea, to the guests who come for a taste of Home Alone nostalgia, everyone arrives for their own reason, but they all leave with the same thing — an experience like no other.

It was a joy to be with some of their team, to share some thoughts on leadership.
I love investing in this industry that is all about making people feel seen, valued and served. 
The Plaza doesn’t just host guests — it crafts moments that last.
