Our zwilling_usa XTEND cordless appliances did some serious heavy lifting in this recipe. We use the chopper attachment for the crust and pistachios and the mixer for the filling and whipped cream. No messy cords, one battery for all of their appliances, and they’re so easy to use! (Especially great for minimizing the mess for holiday baking)
