We’re excited to celebrate two exceptional production colleagues – Jan from Velim, Czech Republic, and Anderson from Itupeva, Brazil – who were honored with the IMDPA Decorator of the Year Award. 👏

This prestigious recognition celebrates press operators who lead with technical excellence, innovation and teamwork.

With over 21 years in manufacturing, Anderson has driven major improvements in aerosol can printing – reducing setup times, cutting waste and boosting process efficiency.

Jan, with 22+ years of experience, consistently leads his shift with expertise, solves complex press line issues and inspires a culture of collaboration.

Please join us in congratulating Jan and Anderson on this incredible achievement!
