Staff Sgt. Richard “Dick” Wood’s ’50 life was forever changed by an Ohio State professor after returning home from serving in WWII. The professor sent him to osuwexmed where he was diagnosed with what we now know is PTSD.

He has found peace in meditation and now at nearly 100 years old still teaches meditation to others as a way to give back. Check out our full interview with Dick at the link in our bio. #VeteransDay #BuckeyeForLife
