If you needed an excuse to have a sandwich for lunch today, here you go. November 3rd is National Sandwich Day! 

For today, Howard letterpress printed a small photo engraving of a club sandwich that was recently gifted to us from Amy in Virginia. This cut, made sometime in the 1950s was likely used for printing a restaurant’s menu. This was printed with red oil base ink using our Washington hand press.
