## Caption

Pozole blanco 🇲🇽 (instant pot) 
-pork shoulder 
-boneless pork ribs 
-1 small onion 
-1 head of garlic 
-salt and/or chicken bouillon to taste 
-orégano
-3 bay leaves
-108oz white hominy can 
Cover the pork with water, add the pork, onion, garlic, oregano, bay leaves and season it. I set it up at high heat for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Meat should be very tender and I transfer to a pot. I used a 108oz white hominy can (rinse it before you add it).
