At 6 a.m., it was just 32 degrees outside in Sterling, Virginia, as our Commercial crew gathered for our monthly meeting. 🍂❄️🍂

We talked about what matters most: safety, quality, and production. We also celebrated new promotions, distributed service awards, and enjoyed a well-earned warm breakfast together before the trucks rolled out.

The temperatures may be dropping, but our energy and commitment to excellence are only heating up!
