ライブステーションでは、じっくり火入れした「オーストラリア産サーロインのスロークック」をシェフが目の前でカットしてご提供。
コールドステーションには、彩り鮮やかな寿司ロールや素材の旨みを活かした「鶏レバーパテ バゲット クランベリーソース添え」、ホットステーションには「牛肉の赤ワイン煮込み 冬のガーデンスタイル」や「きのことほうれん草のラザニア オーブン焼き仕立て」など、季節感とバランスを大切にしたメニューをご用意してます。
