Starting November 15 (Sat), the 6th-floor all-day dining restaurant MOZAIK at Hilton Hiroshima presents “Marie Antoinette’s Royal Christmas,” a winter sweets buffet inspired by the elegance and grace of the 18th-century French queen.

Indulge in exquisite creations such as “Fraise et Charme,” a strawberry shortcake as resplendent as one of Marie Antoinette’s gowns, and “Couture Blanche,” a jasmine tea mousse delicately embracing kumquat and cardamom confiture, adorned with lace-like decorations.
