1階フローラウンジでは、エグゼクティブペストリーシェフ鷲見真奈美がアレンジしたバウムクーヘン「Peace Daisy - ピースデイジー」を、イートインとテイクアウトでお楽しみいただけます。

“平和”や“希望”の花言葉を持つデイジーをイメージした「Peace Daisy - ピースデイジー」は、しっとりとしたバウムクーヘンに濃厚なクリームチーズムースと爽やかなリンゴのコンポートを重ね、ホワイトチョコレートと黄色いマカロンで可憐に仕上げました。

ご自身へのご褒美としてはもちろんのこと、バウムクーヘン発祥の地とされる広島のお土産としてもどうぞ。

At Flow Lounge (1F), enjoy “Peace Daisy”, a beautifully arranged Baumkuchen created by our Executive Pastry Chef, Manami Washimi.

Inspired by the daisy, a flower symbolizing peace and hope, “Peace Daisy” features a moist Baumkuchen layered with rich cream cheese mousse and refreshing apple compote, elegantly finished with white chocolate and a delicate yellow macaron.

Perfect as a special treat for yourself or as a thoughtful souvenir from Hiroshima, the birthplace of Baumkuchen in Japan.
