日本料理「泉水」では2月28日(金)までの期間、昨年に引き続き「食パラダイス鳥取県」の冬の味覚を集結した特別フェアを開催しています。
冬の鳥取を代表する味覚の王様「松葉がに」をはじめ、厳しい冬に甘さとうまみを増す鳥取県産冬野菜を用いて、お作りする懐石コースをご提供いたします。

Tottori Winter Flavors Fair at SENSUI 🦀

From Tuesday, January 14th to Friday, February 28th, SENSUI will host the much-awaited “Tottori Food Paradise” Winter Fair, featuring the exquisite flavors of Tottori Prefecture!

Indulge in delicacies featuring Tottori’s prized Matsuba Crab, a customizable premium crab course, and a limited-time Tottori Kaiseki Menu, curated by two-Michelin-starred chef Kazuo Takagi and SENSUI’s Head Chef Shuji Sakamoto.
