David, Director of Data and Analytics, knows firsthand the power of working across generations. As a leader on #TeamHilton and an active member of our Generations Team Member Resource Group, he’s leveraged his diverse experiences (including his background in marine biology!) to foster collaboration and drive progress within his team and beyond. His ability to bring his passion for the natural world into his work has been key to his remarkable career:

“My unconventional marine biology and dolphin tour guide background has played a massive role in shaping who I am as a Director at Hilton. The science and research skills were very transferable to data and analytics, but being a tour guide and meeting new people from around the globe also taught me a lot about hospitality and the joy of different perspectives.”
