My first time grilling Oxtail 🥩 Smoked Jamaican Oxtail Grilled Cheese 🥪
The meat was incredibly rich like nothing I’ve ever had before. Choice grade meat but it ate like shredded Wagyu 😂 Smoked it low and slow then braised with veggies and jerk seasoning until it was fall apart tender.
