I love grilled beef back ribs. They are super easy to make and come out delicious.   I cooked these on my @prokan_grills . Start the ribs bone side down (leave the membrane) and cook them most of the way. I spritz them with @millerlite throughout the cook and finish them off meat side down to get a nice sear.  That’s it! Pull them off around 200 degrees internal, let them rest for 20 minutes, slice and enjoy! #grillinwithdad #bbq #beefribs #recipe #dinner
