Recipe 
Brined 48 hrs with ½ cup salt, 1 cup brown sugar, 1 tsp black peppercorns & ¼ cup Dan-O’s seasoning 🧂

Smoked low & slow at 250°F over cherry wood until 175°F internal 🌿

Then braised in 1 cup chicken stock at 300°F for 1 hr until juicy, tender, and pull-apart perfection at 207°F! 🍗💦
