⚠️  280 CLOSURE FRIDAY NOV 14 to MONDAY NOV 17: According to aldot_statewide Highway 280 will be completely closed at Pump House Road from Fri, 11/14 at 11pm to Mon, 11/17 at 3am. 
 
Here’s what you should know: 
🚧 All lanes of US-280 at Pump House Rd will be closed at night
🛑 At 5AM each morning, some westbound lanes (towards Bham) will reopen. All Eastbound lanes (toward Hoover) will remain closed
✅ All lanes are expected to be fully open by 6AM on Mon, 11/17
🚙 Pump House Road Bridge, the eastbound off-ramp + the westbound on-ramp will remain open
 
Due to the anticipated heavy traffic, ALDOT recommends these detours: 
🚗 Eastbound: Lakeshore Parkway to I-65, to I-459, to US-280
🚗 Westbound: The same route in reverse order
 
👉 After that, ALDOT says the remaining Pump House Road Bridge replacement project will take place during the day.
