5 Cheese Baked Mac & Cheese 
(Perfect Thanksgiving Side)

This five-cheese baked mac & cheese is the ultimate fall comfort food creamy, golden, and full of flavor. Perfect for Thanksgiving dinner, Friendsgiving, or any cozy Sunday meal.

15x9 Pan Recipe
• 1 box (16 oz) cavatappi noodles
• 3 oz unsalted butter
• 24 oz heavy cream (¾ quart)
• 12 oz whole milk (1½ cups)
• 12 oz medium cheddar, shredded
• 12 oz sharp cheddar, shredded
• 12 oz white cheddar, shredded
• 8 oz Monterey Jack, shredded
• 8 oz Colby Jack, shredded
• 1 tbsp chicken bouillon
• 1 tsp each: Old Bay, black pepper, onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, garlic & herb seasoning
• ½ tsp Adobo
• Mozzarella + cheddar for the crust

Directions
• Preheat oven to 400°F.
• Boil pasta 1–2 minutes under package time. Drain and set aside.
• In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
• Slowly pour in heavy cream + milk while stirring (do not boil).
• Stir in seasonings + bouillon.
• Add ⅔ of the cheese blend, stirring until fully melted and creamy.
• Butter/Grease a 15x9 baking dish.
• Add the cooked pasta noodles to the dish and spread evenly.
• Sprinkle a light layer of shredded cheese over the pasta & mix. 
• Pour the hot cheese sauce evenly over the noodles.
• Top with the remaining cheese blend + mozzarella + cheddar for the crust.
• Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
• Broil 1–2 minutes for extra crisp on top.
• Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
