Video confirms #Commanders defensive tackle #DaronPayne was hit first by #Lions #AmonRaStBrown as members of Washington’s defense asserted.

Payne was suspended one game by the NFL for an act of unsportsmanlike conduct in Sunday’s loss to the Lions. Payne appealed the suspension but it was upheld, the league announced Monday night. Payne was ejected from the game in the second quarter after punching Detroit WR Amon-Ra St. Brown.
