THE WORK ISN’T DONE AFTER THE RACE IS OVER…
:
I’m starting to pack my things after calling one of the most incredible moments in Dempsey Indoor history—eight runners from uwtrack breaking 4️⃣minutes in the mile in the same race.
:
As I’m packing, the guys changed from spikes to racing flats to do a series of runs of about 200 meters…these photos were taken about 25 minutes after their epic race.
:
I wasn’t counting how many of these they were doing or bother putting a watch on how fast they were going before they went on their cooldown run, as there was food calling me after the meet, and an early wakeup call to boot.

For those asking where’s my race photos, I was announcing the race.
