🇺🇸 Happy Veterans Day from the UF College of Nursing! 🧡💙 When Colleen McLarnon (BSN ’83) joined the U.S. Navy, she planned to serve just three years — but stayed for three decades. From a remote island in the Indian Ocean to the flight decks of aircraft carriers, she led with courage, compassion and the heart of a #GatoRNurse. Now retired as a Navy captain, Colleen’s service and mentorship continue to inspire nurses around the world. Thank you, Captain McLarnon, and to all our Gator Nurse veterans, for your dedication and sacrifice. #CareLeadInspireBoldly
