Fall perfection is here! Indulge in a slice of Uncle Matt’s Organic Citrus Pumpkin Pie. This pie is full of cozy autumn flavors, with a hint of citrus to brighten up the season.

Ingredients – Pie:
• 1 9-inch prepared pie shell
• 3/4 cup organic granulated sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
• 1 tsp organic orange zest (optional)
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 large organic eggs
• 1 15 oz can pumpkin puree
• 1 12 oz can organic evaporated milk
• 1/4 cup Uncle Matt’s Organic orange juice
• 1 tsp organic vanilla extract

Directions – Pie:

1. Preheat oven to 375˚F. Place pie dough in a 9” pie dish and crimp edges.
2. In a large bowl, stir together sugar, pumpkin pie spice, salt, and orange zest. Whisk in eggs, pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, orange juice, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Pour filling into pie crust. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes. Cover crust edges with foil to prevent burning, then bake 30–35 more minutes (total 55–60 min) until the center is set but slightly wobbly.
4. Cool completely, then chill in the fridge at least 2 hours.

Ingredients – Whipped Cream:
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 2 tbsp powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp orange juice

Directions – Whipped Cream:
1. Beat cream and powdered sugar on medium until medium peaks form.
2. Add vanilla and orange juice; mix until just incorporated.
3. Top the pie with whipped cream and orange slices.
