Members of the McGill Sports Complex can run soccer drills, shoot some hoops or hit a boxing bag in a sports pod, or visit the free zone pod for activities that require little to no equipment, like yoga and stretching.

For a more private workout experience, members of the McGill B2 Gym can book a workout pod, featuring a variety of strength and cardio equipment perfect for solo sessions or small groups.
