She is serving her second season as section leader. “Being a leader in the MMB has taught me the power of asking for help. There is incredible strength in recognizing that we are always stronger as a team!”⁠

Alyssa Aznavorian is a 5th-year senior studying elementary education, and plans to teach the fourth grade. She is serving her second season as rank leader. “Qualities that make a great leader include flexibility and commitment. Flexibility in working with all types of people and a constant commitment to excellence!”⁠

Rebecca Knoops is a senior studying astronomy, astrophysics, and interdisciplinary physics with a minor in music. She is serving her first season as rank leader. “The MMB has given me the chance to be more confident in my abilities as a teacher. I have learned how to be confident and concise in my teaching!”⁠

Jansen Sullivan is a senior studying biomedical engineering, with plans to complete a graduate studies program and apply to medical school. She is serving her second season as rank leader. “To any aspiring student leaders, do not be afraid to be yourself. Don't be scared to make mistakes, and instead use them to learn.”⁠

Elena Walter is a senior studying chemistry with a minor in German. After graduation, she intends to pursue a PhD program. She is serving her first season as rank leader. “Being a leader has taught me patience, understanding, and that different people learn in different ways. It’s important to meet people where they’re at and make connections.”⁠
