HOW TO MAKE IT 🧈

french onion soup butter (ib buttergirlnyc):
- carmelize one shallot in olive oil and let cool, then mix with 1/2 stick of butter
- reduce bone broth in pan until liquid is mostly gone and your left with a syrup-y texture
- spread butter mixture on board with a knife and top with reduced broth, fresh thyme and rosemary, and flaky salt

crispy prosciutto + hot honey butter:
- place prosciutto on baking sheet with a little olive oil and cook on 375 for about 15 minutes and let cool
- spread 1/2 stick butter on board and top with chopped crispy prosciutto, chopped pistachios and hot honey

cinnamon sugar butter:
- combine half stick of butter with 3 tbsp of butter and 1/2 tbsp of cinnamon (or to taste)
- spread on board with a knife and top with flaky salt

slice baguette top with olive oil and bake on 375 for 15 min & enjoy !! #butterboard #friendsgiving #boardnight #thanksgivingdinner
