Story Time: So we started our initial pregame stretch later than we were supposed to which threw my whole pregame routine off. So it comes time to go do the full stretch and I was throughly unprepared so I throw my shoulder pads on real quick which led to me strapping them up wrong with one side tighter then the other and the other strap not even tucked in. I also grabbed my gloves real quick but grabbed two right handed gloves which I only realized when I was in the tunnel trying to put a right handed glove on my left hand. At this rate I’m like well crap let me at least pull my helmet on but my white helmet’s chinstrap is a bit too tight and is kinda difficult to go pull over my face with just one hand(which is all I had because I was holding the gloves). So it kinda got stuck and was pressing into my mouthpiece which was half gagging me with the chinstrap tight against it, which led to this picture of me running out of that dagone pink lockeroom.
(You can’t see it but I only had one knee pad in cause I was about to put the second in but everyone was gone from the lockeroom so I panicked and left). Still had my game face ready.
