#TSRPolitics: Oop! The House Republicans just dropped 23,000 pages of documents from #JeffreyEpstein’s estate after months of delays, and some of the emails have folks talking.

Per washingtonpost, the massive release came only hours after Democrats shared messages suggesting President #DonaldTrump may have known more about Epstein’s sex trafficking activities than he’s ever admitted. Arizona Rep. #AdelitaGrijalva signed the discharge petition immediately after Speaker # MikeJohnson swore her in. This comes after a record 50-day wait to be sworn in. Rep Grijalva delivered remarks critical of the GOP’s attempts to keep Justice Department files under wraps. One 2019 email shows Epstein saying, “of course,” Trump knew about his associations with young women, many of whom were later confirmed to be underage.

In other leaked emails, Epstein reportedly called Trump “borderline insane” in a 2018 exchange with former Treasury Secretary #LarrySummers. Another associate described Trump’s financial disclosures as “100 pages of nonsense.” Trump has already clapped back online, calling the release a “Jeffrey Epstein hoax” and claiming Democrats are using it to distract from the ongoing government shutdown. _________________________________
Meanwhile, sources say top officials met at the White House on Wednesday to strategize before more Epstein-related files potentially drop.
