Sophie Winkleman (a.k.a. Lady Frederick Windsor) is pulling back the curtain on royal life — and it’s not all glamour and tiaras. The British actress, who is married to Lord Frederick Windsor, a cousin of King Charles, says her royal relatives are treated abysmally by the media, and they didn't sign up for it. “None of them went on Pop Idol or something to be famous," she notes in an interview with The Times. "I don’t think a life with that much scrutiny and pressure is remotely healthy, but they have no choice.”
