I’ve got you covered with this simple main dish recipe - a roast turkey breast complete with the best organic cranberry sauce.

I used StahlburgIslandFarms Organic Cranberries for the maple cranberry sauce. Just two ingredients (or 3 if you’d like a burst of orange zest!).

Roasted Turkey Breast 🦃

1 turkey breast (with bone or boneless, approx. 3-4 pounds)
2 tablespoons Kosher salt
Black pepper
¼ cup butter (room temperature)
Fresh sage, rosemary, thyme

Maple Cranberry Sauce

1 package of organic frozen cranberries
¼ cup water
3/4 cup maple syrup
Squeeze of fresh orange juice
Freshly grated orange zest, if desired

Add the frozen cranberries to a saucepan, along with ¼ cup water and maple syrup. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium high heat. Boil the cranberries for about 2 minutes, until they have begun to pop.

Remove from heat and add orange juice and orange zest, if desired.
