Recently, Angel Reese and Monaleo had a discussion on the perception of therapy among “famous people.” 

Therapy helped me break cycles I didn’t even know I was repeating — and it’s been the anchor of my mental health for the last 3 years. Not saying I am famous, but I have experienced being in the public eye and under public scrutiny. It all comes down to creating a space for grounded reflection.
