Savory Herbed Squash Puff Pastry Tart 💫 

This puff pastry tart was inspired by some farmers’ market squash that were calling my name one Sunday morning in Hollywood. I picked up a delicata squash, a honey nut squash, and some herbs, and made my way back home. It’s perfect for a simple weeknight dinner or an addition to a fall/holiday spread, made in under an hour. It feels quite elegant without trying too hard… honestly, my favorite kind of recipe.
